Those in power bear down on us their own ideals
thus treating us like dodos,
flightless, unable to even take flight in our own minds
until our conscience mind
develops an obsolescence and is taken over
by a commercialism that directs us to who we should be or want to be like
or want to find as a love interest, etc.
